Reservation and confirmation
- Reservations are subject to date availability, payment status, and review of the submitted booking details
- The host may decline or cancel a request when submitted details are inaccurate, payment is not completed on time, or the stay would violate occupancy or property rules
- Guests must review room details, guest count, add-ons, and selected offers carefully before continuing to payment
Payment policy
- Bookings may require either a downpayment or full payment depending on the option selected during checkout
- Any remaining balance must be settled according to the instructions provided with the booking confirmation
- Promo packages and voucher discounts apply only when the booking fully meets their posted conditions
Check-in, check-out, and occupancy
- Guests must arrive and depart according to the property's stated check-in and check-out schedule unless a separately approved arrangement is confirmed
- The number of staying guests must not exceed the confirmed reservation and room capacity
- Extra guests, breakfast, and add-ons may create additional charges where applicable
House rules
- Guests must use the property respectfully and avoid unlawful, unsafe, or disruptive activity
- Noise should be kept at a reasonable level, especially during late evening and early morning hours
- Guests must follow any property-specific safety, cleanliness, parking, and amenity-use instructions shared before or during the stay
- Smoking, parties, pets, outside visitors, or commercial use may be limited or prohibited unless clearly approved in writing
Cancellations, no-shows, and date changes
Cancellation and date-change requests are reviewed according to the property's current operating rules, the timing of the request, payment status, blocked inventory, and any costs already committed to the booking.
- Approved date changes remain subject to new availability and any updated rates or offer conditions
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of paid amounts depending on the circumstances
- Refund timing, if any refund is approved, depends on the original payment method and the payment provider's processing timeline
Damages, losses, and extra cleaning
The booking guest remains responsible for property damage, missing items, unpaid charges, extraordinary cleaning, and policy violations caused by the guest or their companions.
Force majeure and operational changes
In rare cases, operational, safety, weather, utility, or force majeure events may affect availability or stay arrangements. If that happens, the host will communicate available next steps as reasonably as possible.
